CREATING ABUNDANCE

We want a happy and prosperous life. How do we go about getting what we want? We work towards it. For this to happen, we need to have clarity of vision. Each of us have different definition of “happy and prosperous life” or “abundance” as we call it.

Having clarity of vision is very important. You should be able to experience/feel the dream that you have created. How does it look like? What and who will be a part of this dream? I encourage you to dream the impossible, without worrying about what the world will say. Aim for the stars and the moon … this is the blueprint. It is your vision; it is your dream. And may I advise you to keep it to yourself till the mental infrastructure is ready.

Next step would be to empty your mind of negative thoughts, bad memories, anger etc. and make space for new positive thoughts. Drop any baggage that you may be carrying; they are a burden and slow you down. Encourage positive emotions to flow through you.

It is time now to introspect and ask yourself what is holding you back. Question your values and beliefs. You may not even be aware that your beliefs are the biggest creators of obstacles and discourage you all the time. Take time to get rid of these obstacles, one at a time. In the meantime, keep dreaming and refining your vision. Visualization plays an important role here.

Visualization has to be accompanied by affirmation. Watch how you talk about yourself. Never ever downplay your strengths. Speak with pride about yourself when you introduce yourself. Tell your mind that you wish to achieve the vision that you have set. When you continue thinking about your vision, your mind will automatically guide you to think in the right direction. Now you will experience the power of focus.

Affirmation has to be followed by action. Take small steps, one at a time towards your vision. You will experience taking control of your dream. You will be able to move forward even if no one is pushing you forward. You will be able to create the support system that is necessary for fulfilling your dream.

Sustain the habit of visualization, affirmation and action. Don’t give up. You will experience this abundance that you have created. And don’t forget to express gratitude to the heavenly powers for being by your side. After all, God helps those who help themselves.
