
Executive coaching is for leaders who have taken up a new role or are likely to move into a new role. It is a series of conversations, that will facilitate the person to see problems and obstacles in a whole new perspective. Such sessions can be recommended by the organization for its managers/leaders who otherwise are star performers but are having performance anxiety in the new role. These are one to one sessions. An investment of a few months is needed to appreciate results.
